Education Assistants are uniquely placed to provide this daily support. This workshop equips EAs to strengthen learner independence, self-awareness and ownership, making personalised learning more consistent across your school.
Workshop Objectives
Role identity
Through core reflection and strength finding, participants connect who they are, what they bring, and how their one-to-one presence with students can contribute to richer learning.
Teacher alignment
Education assistants practise the shared language and communication habits that help them understand teacher intention, support inquiry and project work, and reduce classroom guesswork.
Student scaffolding
The focus moves from simply helping students finish tasks to noticing learning needs, asking better questions, and nudging students toward creative thinking, independence, and confident use of new tools.
Programme structure
Three focused weeks, with whole-group learning and small-group coaching.
Each participating group attends three Monday learning sessions plus one assigned coaching day each week.
Mondays4:00-5:30 PM Thailand time
All participants learn together. These sessions introduce the core ideas, shared language, and practical strategies.
Tuesdays, Wednesdays, or Thursdays4:00-5:00 PM Thailand time
The small group coaching cohorts give participants a protected space to reflect on their school context, discuss real classroom situations, and apply the learning to teacher alignment, student support, and day-to-day practice.
